Translations Project Manager
Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Legal Project Manager to join our dynamic service driven culture in New York City.
As a member of our team, your main focus will be:
- Manage the lifecycle of translation projects to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction and quality
- Oversee the vendor relationship to include negotiating rates, communication and accountability of timelines and quality
- Client interface throughout project to ensure clear communication, timely updates and client satisfaction
- Closely monitor production through each stage of process
- Interface with sales and other internal partners
Qualifications, Desired Skills & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required; College degree preferred
- Project management experience required
- Proficient knowledge of Translations tools and technology required
- Linguistic and graphic proofreading/formatting skills a plus
- Superior grammatical skills strongly preferred
- Knowledge of second language preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a time sensitive and deadline driven environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment is crucial
- Strong computer skills including PC and proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet
- Legal industry experience a plus
