To provide our clients with greater control and accelerate the translation process, Merrill Brink developed Otto, the world’s most efficient translation manager. Otto automates language project workflows surrounding the translation and localization of content. The source and subject of the content can vary, but Otto is always at work, efficiently handling all tasks surrounding the actual translation, publishing and quality control functions.

Otto includes several modules, OttoCMS®, OttoDoc®, and OttoLink™. Each module is designed to handle a specific set of tasks. OttoCMS® and OttoLink™ integrate Merrill Brink language processes seamlessly with client content management systems. OttoDoc™ brings greater efficiency and affordability to the translation and localization of traditional publications, by interfacing with language databases and desktop publishing systems, managing file transfers, uploading completed files to Web servers and automating the management of the client in-country review function.
