Working with OttoCMS is easy. To begin, Merrill Brink creates a custom interface between OttoCMS and the CMS. Otto continually monitors for content that is flagged for translation, and then manages all the administrative support tasks in the translation process, including:

• File transfer to Merrill Brink
• Conversion of the project file into translation-ready format
• Comparing content to existing translations in client’s translation memories
• Conversion of the translation file back into the client’s original format
• Preparation of final file
• Automatic delivery notifications to client
